Privacy Policy
Rightsline Software, Inc. DBA Rightsline Gameday ("Rightsline") has created this privacy statement (“Statement”) in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the Rightsline Gameday client portal (the “Site”) is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices for Rightsline and any other website under which we conduct business. 1. A Special Note About Children
Children under the age of 18 are not eligible to use our services and we ask that such persons not submit personal information to us. Since Rightsline provides services that involve contractual obligations, which children cannot legally undertake, we ask that if you are under the age of eighteen (18) please have your parent(s) or guardian(s) register on your behalf. We believe that it is important that parents supervise their children when they are online. As a result, we require that children under the age of 18 use this service only in conjunction with parent(s) or guardian(s).
2. Collected Information
We require Authorized Users ("Customers") who register to use the services (“Services”) offered on our Site to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. At the time you express interest in attaining additional information, or when you register for the service, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, department name, additional company information, such as industry.
Rightsline uses the information that we collect to set up Services for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact customers to further discuss customer interest in our company, the Services that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Customer email addresses will not be distributed or shared. Separately, customers are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to receive a username and password. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company. Again, email addresses will not be distributed or shared.
Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Rightsline Gameday Services & Media Exhibition Agreement, we do not disclose to any third party the information provided. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

We cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Statement. For example, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
